LIFT with 15x10 wheels???

I currently have a 93 toyota extended cab truck. It is 4x4 and v6. I just put some 15x10 wheels on it, with 31x10.50x15 tires. The tires are ok for now but I would like to go to 33in or 35in tires in the near future. The down side is that I already rub on almost full turns. Wondering what size lift would be required to run 33 or 35 in tires? Thanks

id say.. 3" for 33" tires, and 4/6" for 35" tires. but this all depends on how wide your tires are, back spacing etc.

With those wide rims, lift figures (also will depend how much trimming you are willing to do) will probibly be around. 4" 33's and 5-6" for 35's.

Two problems:

- If you're rubbing with 31's, the backspacing must be way out there.

- To really fit on a 10" rim, you're gonna need tires wider than 13.5". I'm surprised you found a shop that would mount your tires on that rim ... unless you live in Hawaii....

Based on that info, how much lift will you need for 35's? ALL of it - a bracket lift + a 3" body, probably + some cutting. Or SAS.

In other words, the great deal I hope you got on these rims is gonna end up costing you a TON of money to make them fit and work right. There are better ways to fit 33's and 35's on your rig, search around on here and see several people's experience.

I have the exact same truck....

for 33s I went with 2 inches of lift..perfect.. no rubbing at all with my wheels

for 35s you need 3 inches of lift max

I used to have that same size wheel/tire on my truck and never had any rubbing issues and it was stock.
