LCE cam prior to or after new engine break in?

I'm getting ready to install a freshly remanufactured 22RE in my 1986 4runner. My question is the same as the title, would it be better to install the cam prior to or after I break the engine in. The cam I have in mind is the LCE Pro Tourqer. The engine is built to OE spec and has 0 miles. I figured it would be easier to install it before I put the engine in, but I don't want to damage it breaking it in with a more aggressive cam.

Thanks for any help guys!

No need to do the work twice.
Put your new cam in.
