IFS Power Steering Box Seals Discontinued?

IFS Power Steering Box Seals Discontinued?
So, ummm... It appears that 04445-35080 and its contents are discontinued through Toyota. I've been in touch with more than one Toyota place. Am I stuck going to the parts store? What brands of seals are people using with good success? Any info helps. Thanks!

Called them. No dice. All the places that use that same web software will show it as in stock but then call you to let you know that they will be issuing a refund because they can't get it.
Anyone have any experience with Prosteering.com? I saw them mentioned on Pirate.
