What do i need and how do i do it. I have wired up two amps by myself so i have the jist of the wiring just need to know wut all im gonna need to buy and maybe some lil pointers. I have a set of directions that came with a set of foglights my friend bought, should i just follow those directions and make my own wiring for them? if anyone knows some good sites to help me out then i would appreciate it. thanks

There are tons of write-ups here on this, but this is what you need:

- A relay
- A switch
- One power wire (with fuse on somewhere) from battery to relay
- One ground wire from relay to ground
- Two wires from relay to fog lights
- Two ground wires from fog lights to ground
- One wire from relay to switch
- One wire from switch to power. You hook this on up depending on when you want to be able to turn on your lights. Straight to battery and you can turn on the lights even with ignition off. Hook up to some wire that is hot with ignition on and you can use the lights whenever the ignition is on, hook up to park lights/tail lights and you can use them whenever your lights are on or hook it up to your low beams and you can only use the fog lamps with your low beams on.
- A wire from switch to ground if the switch is illuminated

Apart from this, look in the Lighting FAQ sticky in the general electric related section.
