How can a loose EFI relay cause a draw?
I thought I had this problem fixed yesterday, to bring you up to date after my 4runner would sit overnight the battery would be dead, I recharged the battery, pulled the neg. cable and ran my test light between it and the neg post will the key off doors shut etc and the light lit up. I started pulling fuses, when I wiggled the EFI relay the light would blink then go off. I pulled it and squeezed the terminals so it they would fit tight put the relay back in, tested it and had no draw. I get up this morning and you guessed it the battery is drained and my test light says its the efi relay again but it seems to be making good connection. I have already tried another one and it does the same thing. I am thinking this also has something to do with the engine miss I have also. How can this relay be causing a draw? What tells the relay to open and close the contacts inside?

A test light is not the correct way to test for a draw!
If you do not have a multimeter, buy a cheap one from Sears or Radio Shack that can measure mA = milliamps. Then you will able to properly fix your vehicle.
I'm not saying the relay or computer aren't bad, but helping you find out what is.

+1.
You're going to have draw at the battery. The truck clock, radio - both take current. The ECU may or may not take current in the OFF position.
Get an ampmeter.. Otherwise you can't solve your problems.
