I have a 94 3.0 making a high pitch noise that seems to be coming from passenger side front of motor I've eliminated belts power steering pump alt also replaced water pump and idler pulley.what else could it be

 

At first I thought it was a pwr steering belt,changed it,noise still there,so I changed alt belt and still squeels so I take both belts off and get a stethoscope and I track it down to where the head meets the block on passenger side,so it has to be either tension pulley or water pump because the pwr steering and alt are unhooked so I change the pump and #1 idler pulley button it back up ,time it and ,,still ˟˟˟˟˟˟in squeels. Long story short..vacuum lines going into pwr steering pump..go figure.
