High Compression Numbers
I recently had my head rebuilt on my 22re (had a bad valve), and replaced the head gasket with a stock thickness gasket. Everything is running fine, but I just did a compression test and got 185-190PSI across the board. That is I believe that is about 20 PSI above factory spec. Will that cause any problems?

did you hold the throttle at WOT?

I did, unless my pedal needs to be adjusted.

hmm... as long as each cylinder is in the same area as the others you should be fine.
I would be worried if for say, one was that high and the rest were low. |
