Help! 89 Pickup 3VZE drops fuel pressure at at 3500 RPM or WOT

I've got a mystery that's driving me insane. Any help would be appreciated. 89 Pickup with 3VZE. Idles perfect with correct 37 PSI fuel pressure. Stomp on the gas and it bogs down at 3500 RPM and fuel pressure goes to 18 PSI. Have new pump w/ sock, filter, regulator, mass air, & TPS. Haven't tried O2 or any other sensors yet but they wouldn't make pressure drop? Next step is check voltage on pump connections. 1 guy reported conectors to pump inside tank fried & did same thing. Too bad I found that out after reinstalling full tank! Any other ideas?

We'll I'm on the right track. I disconnected the new fuel filter and blew air through the fuel line. Nothing unusual came out but now it revs right to 5 grand but the pressure still drops at WOT but not as much. Driving it feels much better but doesn't pull right under WOT, probably because the pressure is still dropping under WOT. Not sure what to do from here but keep looking for some kind of restriction?
