I have a 93 4runner and the HVAC controls on the dash don't appear to have any power to them. At first I thought it was the blower motor resistor (been replaced) but the AC light doesn't come on when I press it. Is there a fuse somewhere that I missed. The interior block and engine bay block have no HVAC fuses in them. Will a busted blower motor cause this. The Hvac does absolutely nothing. I am at a loss. Thanks

Ac and heater fuse is behind the glove box..

I have the same problem but when i mess with it long it enough the lights come on, then next time I touch it lights go out again and fan stops working

I checked both of those fuses and they are good. I will try replacing the control unit and see if that fixes it.
