good price?

good price?
i have found an `89 extra cab with a locked up 3.0, auto, 31x10.50`s, and the body is pretty good. it needs paint but no rust. the guy is asking 800 for it. If i get it, I was thinking of swaping for a 3.4 and a 5-speed for a daily driver. what do you guys think. any help will be great.

Take a real good look at the frame, crawl underneath there with the owner and get them to take a good swing at it with a hammer by the gas tank. If it crumbles, walk away
