I'd ask the seller about the country of origin.
If they're not Japanese or American, No way.
Valves take a hammering and their metallurgy must be right.
Not just any steel will do.
If I needed new valves, I'd go OEM and heck with the cost.

New valves from toyota are cheap anyway. I needed 1 and it was 11$. Spend the 100 bucks for state of mind
