Since When does the EGR Modulator for the 3.0 retail for 62.30plus tax? i could of sworn that part was like 40something in 2000..talk about inflation..what have you guys paid for the egr modulator recently?

Nope, but I know transmission flushes have increased by about $20 since a couple of years ago. Same concept...

I hope you're buying from one of the dealerships that offer a discount to yotatechers. Off the top of my head, I know Northridge Toyota (Evan) offers 25% off list plus free shipping. 1sttoyotaparts.com (Toyota Dealership in Washington state) offers a little more than 25% off and shipping is real cheap.

Personally, I've used 1sttoyotaparts.com a few times and they have been very good to deal with.

I love this place. Their website is a little crappy as it's hard to find certain items but they have great customer service on the phone as well.
