Fuel Line replacement

I discovered the other day that my fuel return line is leaking along with the charcoal canister line near the gas tank, the feed line may also be leaking, hard to tell due to the gas leaking on it. My truck is a 93 T-100 4wd, is it easier to drop the tank to do this or is it easier to pull the bed off ? I live in PA and I'm wondering if the bolts that hold the bed on would be too rusted to get out ? I figure while I'm doing the return and charcoal canister lines I'm going to do the feed as well if it needs it or not.

Thats a good price for that item!!
If the bolts are rusty to the bed, just drop the tank.

Thanks ! I'm trying to make sure that this will fit my truck, I'm trying to find a part number to match this upto but no luck. Anyone know for sure if this will fit ?

On the small trucks you can do it by raising the bed about 6 inches on the tank side. If you try this leave the bolts in place on the other side but loosen them up. A bottle jack in the wheel well on top of the tire along with some 2x lumber scraps works good. The return line is easy, you can remove it with your fingers. Dropping the tank is harder IMHO, just did it yesterday to replace a brake line.

Rust would definely make it harder though.

I found that the part number for the one listed on Ebay is for a 1994 T-100 with a 4 cyclinder according to 1st Toyota Parts Online, I wonder if this would fit a 1993 6 cyclinder. Anyone ? Thanks.

The bolts that hold the bed on are pretty rusty, also I tried to feel for the nuts that hold the assembly bracket in and i couldn't feel too much. I'm worried now that the nuts that hold the bracket assembly to the tank maybe too rusted to get off/reuse and that i would have to buy a new tank also. Anyone ever have this problem ?
