Fluid Seeping Out of Rear of Exhaust Manifold
Hey guys,
I have some kind of fluid seeping out of the rear portion of my (exhaust manifold?) It's causing a burning smell and gray smoke so I'm guessing it's oil.
After sitting for a while, on startup, I get some white smoke out of the exhaust. The smoke stops after a couple of minutes. Water is dripping out of the tail pipe when this happens (I've tasted it)
- I believe this is normal condensation
Note: I saw a post on here about ATF/PWS fluid leaking onto the exhaust. I haven't tested this yet, but I have noticed that the ATF needs a top off every so often
I attached some media showing the issue
Seeping Liquid
Smoke
92 Toyota Pickup
338,000 miles (Engine has about 15,000 miles on it)
V6 3.0L EFI
4WD
I appreciate the help!
EDIT:
Did a pressure test on my radiator.
Held it for 5+ mins
Pumped it up: 12.75psi
Dropped to: 12.00psi
EDIT:
Put a vacuum cleaner on the end of my exhaust. Spray the affected area with water. Didn't see any bubbles.

- The smoke only appears after the engine has heated up (10 minutes or so)
- Just changed the valve cover gasket because I thought it was oil leaking, but the problem persists
- Coolant levels look good
- No bubbling in the coolant
- Oil color & texture looks good (Truck leaks oil in tons of different areas. Have to top off the oil every couple of months)
- Engine was replaced and has about 15,000 miles on it
