Extremely annoying rattle/vibration in dash

I've got a serious problem. About a week ago, I deceded to beat my 4Runner. It was on a dirt road, on which I've seen numerous Subarus, a new Corolla, and even several Harley Davidson's. So there are only potholes which aren't too deep for the most part. I rallyed my 4Runner for only about 10 minutes tops, and now I have this annoying rattle somewhere deep inside the dash, and I need your help/suggestions as to what this might be.

I can still hear the rattle over the radio, and it doesn't appear untill I reach, or exceed 50MPH.

It is the most annoying rattle, and I can't find out what it is, or exactly where it is coming from.

Also, if it helps, the rattle does not get louder, or go away with the defroster/heater on.

It is possible that a coin from my ashtray may have gone somewhere back there, if thats possible, but I'm not sure what it would be hitting, and where it would be.

Please help me, this rattle bugs the crap out of me.

check the speedo cable, the position of the cable could have moved, if it comes and goes with speed it's probably rubbing on something. with the massive potholes i hit all the time here in Belize, i find that is what rubbed a lot. the roads are really bad down here lol

I dunno if this helps, but try pushing your 4WD stick up as far as it can go. Whenever I use 4WD then switch back to 2WD, the stick vibrates quite loudly. Pushing it forward stops the noise (which sounded like it was coming from low in the dash).
