Exhaust manifold leak?

I noticed today that my plug wires were extremely hot. With the truck running I can feel alot of heat comming from the manifold, but I dont know if thats normal or if its leaking. Is there a way to check it?

Use seafoam and see where the smoke comes out. Two birds with one stone.

It might be leaking due to age but the manifold is of course supposed to be quite hot and your wires are going to be hot as they are right there. If its leaking you will see exhaust escaping
