Engine and Trans/Tcase Weight (3VZE/A340H)

Anyone have a source that I can find this info. I'm pretty much striking out finding any consistent answers. I need to estimate some shipping (plus I want to know if the 1UZ is lighter than the 3VZ I'm replacing)

I have both of them out of the 4Runner, but no way yot weigh them.

Anyone?

i'd imagine the 3vze weighin around 500 and the tranny 200 or 300 maybe?

Don't know about the engine, but the tranny is around 200 to 250.

cebby, im about to have a complete 3vzfe shipped to me, so i will know the exact weight of that engine in a few days, im sure its very comparable to a 3vze, might be a tad heavier, but not much. also, my memory stick some how got jacked up and i could not get the tundra oilpan pics onto my computer, i finally got another memory stick so im going to try again tomorrow. brad
