Engine Compartment Wiring harness ground lug?
 

Hi,
Anyone know what this connects to?
It comes out the u shaped plastic wiring harness cover that mounts to the frame below the ac pump and battery. I can't remember where the grounding lug connects,

Its out of a 94 4runner

looks like the main ground to the engine block.

yeah, but what does it attach to, can't remember

One of the threaded holes on the side of the block, towards the front of the engine.
