engine code/ starter help
 

so I am getting 2 codes from my 90 4runner (3vze manual trans ).

1. code 52 (knock sensor, have a pretty bad cam tap) not worried terribly about this one

2. code 43 -No starter signal to the ecu.

now here is the issue, the truck starts, all gauges work, the starter is new (could something be wrong with it) and last but not least, I ohmed out the starter lead to the ecu and it has a reading of 0.2

any idea why I am getting this code?
