Is dynomax the only "off the shelf" catback exhaust available?

It's all I can find. I see lots of recommends for Borla and magnaflow but I dont see that they still offer any systems for a 2nd gen 4runner 3vze. The dynomax catback is all I can find. Is a custom job the only other option now?

I have a 91' 22RE and my first exhaust system upgrade was the Dynomax Super Turbo muffler. It wasn't bad, way better then the stock muffler but it was the only thing out there that would bolt up with no modifications. Check out LC engineering, they have bolt on kits but I decided on a muffler shop with a Magnaflow muffler and bigger tubing and a test pipe in place of the CAT convertor. I'm happy with my setup and the Magnaflow exhaust tone.

Thanks. Looks like the LCE option is $399. I am guessing a universal Magnaflow muffler and having a shop do the 2.25" pipes would run the same or more? Any opinions on which would be the better option?

Not sure which would be more for you, you'll have to get some quotes from some local muffler shops. I decided to go custom so I could put on what I wanted, like the muffler, the test pipe and the exhaust tip. I probably paid more then a kit from LC but to me it was worth it.

I had 2.25" piping, Magnaflow muffler installed by a muffler shop with a new tip all for just $275. That LCE deal is fleecing you since you still have to do all the work yourself.
