Dome Lights won't come on for Driver's side door, missing part/relay?

You mean with door open D12 has 12V and D10 has zero volt? Negative side of test probe on chassis ground?
So let me make sure I'm reading this right, if at the connector "D", the big white connector that goes into the Fuse Block (normally integration relay on back of fuse block) I remove D10 and jump to D12, that should allow the driver's side to work?
If answer to my question above is "yes", and you're looking at connectors C and D exactly same as on Scope103's schematic, Then correct; Like Scope103 suggests above^^, Jump D10 to D12 and you're done. No need for integration relay.

Cool, Man. Problem solved! Who needs an integration relay. Just wire it cleanly and document it, so future owners if any would not be cursing you like we do P.O's how butcher wiring - LOL! For light reminder relay, check out my simple, sub-20$ solution.

Been super busy and sick over the last few days and haven't been able to fix it. Tonight had some time. Here's the update:
I ended up going to the junkyard for some other parts and found a 4Runner with an integration relay still on the fuse block. It was part number "82641‑89102 (with a big printed "2") RN101, 110, 13*, VZN100, 110, 13*..SR5, ILLUMINATION PACKAGE" but for $10, figured it was worth a shot.
Popped it in tonight and voila! It works! I suppose I must have had the illumination package anyway. I also fixed my "Light Rheostat" (dimmer switch) and some odds and ends.
Thanks for all the help with the wiring, it helped narrow down the issue a LOT. Learned a bunch about electrical too . I think the wiring bit might have worked as well, but for $10 bucks I couldn't pass up the chance to get the missing part.
