difference between 2.4l & 2.4lt injection pump

what is the difference between 2.4l & 2.4lt injection pump.
want to add turbo to 2.4l I was told you can turn up the fuel on n/a pump.
was wondering if is it worth trying to find a 2.4lt pump.
is there any gains?

Toyota diesel tech experience is somewhat lacking here, as few, if any were sold in the US new. Maybe a Canadian or southern hemisphere member will see your query.

I don't even know if these injector pumps are a real Toyota part, or outside made, as many diesel injector pumps are. Maybe the makers of the pump can offer some tech info.
