Couple of questions: ISR, Spark plugs

First off im new to yotatech and i have to say this is by far one of the best websites out there, have been glued to it since i found it. Just got a '91 4Runner with the 3.0

Anyways, gonna do this ISR mod tomorrow but looking for supplies I havent been able to find these 3"-2.5" rubber adapters at Home Depot, are they just the 3"-2" that they have?(just want to clarify as Home Depot is 15 miles away and want to avoid returning stuff) And does anyone have an exact measurement for pipe length? Im sure this is already on here, I tried to search with no luck.

Secondly, gonna do plugs and wires as well. Looking into NGK plugs (autozone) and does anyone have an opinion on which NGK's to go with?
($6.50 ones or $2.50 ones) Also what wire sets seem to be the best? Autozone only has 2 options, with only one in stock..think they are duralast. I would like to get some red ones to match truck color if anyone knows where to find them..?

Any input would be GREATLY appreciated and thanks in advance!

I don't have the 3.0 now, and I never did the ISR mod on my old 4Runners with the 3.0, so I'll let someone else advise you on the parts you'll need. For the plugs and wires however, you should be fine with the NGK V-Power plugs, or you can step up to the Platinum. I have the Platinum plugs in mine and they work well. As for wires, Toyota factory wires are excellent, and aren't as expensive as you'd think. I would not recommend any aftermarket wires for a Yota.
