Probably when it starts hanging out with the kids from the "other" side of the tracks.
If you're talking about a Toyota Pickup, you have a "Cold Start Injector" (CSI) and a "Cold Start Injector Time Switch." Plus a whole lot of other important parts to make your truck run. Do you have a specific question?
If the Injector fails closed it will be a little harder to start in cold weather. If it fails open (leaking) it may not be possible to start it, and if you can you may throw a "too rich" code. Of course, approximately 100 other things will cause either of those symptoms. So, if your truck is "hard to start," it could be the CSI or about 100 other things.
