Cold start injector fouled on 3zve

Cold start injector fouled on 3zve
I cleared it and the engine starts better when cold, but what causes this? I think it is blow-by from PCV system, or maybe because when I first bought truck it had 25* advanced timing. The inside of my intake must be coated with crud.
