Does your clutch have an adjustment at the slave cylinder or the clutch pedal? Are you certain the master cylinder and/or the slave cylinder is properly bled?
Sounds like you have air in the system or a bad adjustment. |
I agree, it either has air in the system or is out of adjustment. New master and slave cylinder don't mean the adjustment is correct. The last time I had a mechanic replace my clutch, it was so far out of adjustment when I got it back the pedal practically touched the floor before it disengaged. A few minutes with the FSM, a tape measure, and a wrench on the push rod under the dash fixed it right up.
Check out this link. It's for a '93, but probably still applicable. http://ether3al.physic.al/93fsm-mobi.../2checkand.pdf |
Yes n no
It has been bleed properly me and my dad did it he would pump it hold it to the floor let crack the bolt a little then screw it back then so on until all air is out. How much adjusting does it need?

cracked clutch pedal bracket?
|
^^ Explain please i have a an idea what your talking about. What is the possibility of disc thats on the clutch arm coming off the clips?
|
try searching for clutch pedal bracket, you'll find lots of pictures so you'll know what to look for. the bracket that the clutch pedal attaches to has a tendency to crack causing a lot of play which prevents the clutch from applying fully.
as for the disc on the clutch arm, not sure what you are talking about. are you referring to the throw out bearing on the fork? |
Yes the bearing on the fork sorry bout the confusin
