Which clutch set to buy for 3.4L swap
Besides the engine swap, I am doing a 5 spd swap also. The donor clutch has about 90K miles on it so I am thinking of just replacing the set.
I have plans of s/c the engine in the near future so I am looking at what clutch set to get? With that in mind, what do you all recommend for me to use; the OEM or aftermarket ones? I have read also that someone who did a swap talked with ORS and they said just to go with the OEM unless you are racing it.
Also, please let me know if you have any known advantages or disadvantages of these clutch kits.
Thanks in advance.

Marlin has these ceramic and semi-metallic clutch kits.http://www.marlincrawler.com/htm/tra...ion/clutch.htm
Anyone here running them?

I have a CF dual also. Not impressed. It fades pretty fast when hammered and w/ the motor out I inspected it and it's pretty well thrashed at 30,000 miles. CF was no help on getting a replacement either - "tough luck buddy, we never said it would last X miles" was their response.
I'm leaning towards the Marlin at the moment and am just waiting on some answers from them before pulling the trigger. Also, the marlin is less expensive and includes a throwout and pilot making it a LOT less expensive than the CF dual.
