Cluster swap Oil PSI gauge not working...
Ok, so I read the write up on the cluster swap and ordered the proper oil pressure sensor from O'Rileys. When I did the install I unplugged the old oil light sensor and even disconnected the battery before the install... and after every thing else works on the cluster works, the oil gauge doesn't so... idk what to try. All input or ideas are appreciated! THANKS!!!

you could try and loosen and reseat the pressure sender
it works by changing the resistants between the engine block and the probe that the wire plugs into. if the sender isn't seated good into the block, it may not be grounding good to the block.
but it also could be the gauge cluster where did you get it from, junk yard?

with it turned on, run an extension wire inside the cab and ground it momentarily.
do not hold it down for a long period of time, the needle will indicate high pressure when you ground it.
that will tell you if it is the guage, or sending unit.
my sending unit barely moves the needle 1/4 when I am at 3k.

I got the cluster from jbm715. I will try all the above posts and see what I find. Thanks guys!! I really appreciate the help and input!

Since you can't be sure of the history of that cluster, it might have been previously owned by someone who installed it in a rig without changing the oil pressure SWITCH to an oil pressure SENDER, thus burning it out.
As previously suggested, take the sender wire and ground it. Then, go into the cab and turn the ignition switch to "run" and watch the gauge. It should go to up to about 3/4 of the way to high oil pressure. If it doesn't, your oil pressure gauge is toast.
