Chevy Springs with 4 inch lift, What size blocks?

I have a 4 inch lift currently on my 4runner. I have some chevy springs I and going to swap in. I have read where the Chevy springs give you roughly 3 inches. Is this correct? To make the vehicle sit level should I put a 1 inch block in the back, or go with a 2 inch?

Yes, it is an IFS lift. I am sick of the horrible sagged rough riding squatting stock springs!

I want the vehicle to sit level or even a slight rake to it with the chevy springs

Just do them and see what happens. Go longer shackles if you need it. Not blocks.

you will need to run a block or a large shackle and/or a big drop mount for the shackles.

I am running 63" chevys, made my own pack, a 7" shackle and a 2" block..

Up front its a 4" TG sas kit. So im probably sittting at 5" over stock or so..

Great looking 4runner!

Thanks for the input. I guess I will throw a 2 inch in there, and see what it looks like first.

before you go out and spend $50 on blocks, throw the chevys under it and see how much taller it needs to be. Then go from there.

The shackles that are recommended to be used are 9'' already that would be a long ass shackle lol

Most people that run the Chevy's use a rear lift block. Here's a good FAQ on the Chevy swap from Pirate, lot's of info...
