CEL Throwing different codes

Was headed back from work last night and the CEL came on. Pulled the code and got code 14. I cleared it and it came back with code 21. The truck runs perfectly fine. Doesn't miss and its not down on power. It's a 93 4runner 3vze 5spd and 136k miles. Any ideas what's actually going on?

Update: It died today. The Efi fuse popped while pulling into a parking lot. I replaced it with the dome fuse but it immediately popped aswell.

Check that you 02 sensor wiring isnt rubbing on the underside of the body right where it comes out of the exhaust. (for the EFI fuse anyway)

I found the problem the next day because I had no choice. I found the o2 wires burning on the exhaust. I wrapped it with electrical tape until I can properly fix it.
