Call all 2nd gen 2-Door 4runner Owners! Need Help!!!
 

So my passenger side door got smashed in. Luckily the only damage was to the actual door shell but unluckily, 2-door 2nd gens are really rare and the shop I'm going through has been looking for a replacement for over a month with no luck. Does anyone happen to know anyone who might have a scap one sitting around? Or, I have heard that the doors from the same year pickups would fit because they are longer than the traditional 4-door doors. Does anyone know if this is true? Any info is appreciated, I would hate to have to get rid of my rig just because I can't find a new door....

I thought the front doors for this generation 4Runner were all the same, but I could be wrong.

It looks like the door should be the same for all 4Runners (1990-1992 ish) and Trucks (1989-1992 ish) and possibly both up to 1995, when looking at the door part numbers and then clicking on "What this fits" tab. I cannot truly confirm, because I do not own that generation 4Runner so I have nothing to compare against.

I have no first-hand experience with these two-door 4Runners, but they are pretty neat!

Hopefully someone can confirm this.
