Bushings for Surf/4Runner

Just want to know if control arm and other bushings are same / interchangeable between left hand drive and right hand drive models?
Can I buy bushings in the US for my 1992 Surf? Will they fit?

IIRC all the IFS systems are the same.

Pretty sure they are interchangeable. But if you are doing one side, the other should be done as good practice.

I'd buy a complete front end bushing kit, bushings and bolts if you can.
