Bolt sizes on '94 4Runner Running Boards and Rock Guard

Can anyone please tell me the bolt sizes on a '94 4Runner's

a) running boards

b) rock guard (protective plate on the front/bottom)

?

Likely they are M8-1.25, bolts would have a 12mm head.
