x4 for 4crawler. I got mine from him. He is a first class guy. Yes you can get a body lift for cheaper, but his are the best and he stands behind his products.
I would also recommend WabFab. Again, for all the same reasons.

I support 4crawler as well ( Im using his BJS's and shackles ) but my BL is made by Performance Accessories ... Autozone carriers their product.
It was around $130 shipped i think, forget really. Instructions sucked so don't follow them, just remember to follow all of your brake lines and watch the gas tank. Other than that BL's are just time consuming.
Quality is good on either kits mentioned thus far.

For a 2 inch, I would go with 4crawler. He has all the other goodies you would need to make everything work right. WabFab only offers a 1 inch, and doesn't offer any off the bumper brackets, radiator brackets, and such.
I love my WabFab 1 inch body lift though.
