Bad Cylinder Head on 22re?

My 1989 Toyota Pickup has a LC Engineering 22RE Stroker with about 50,000 miles.

Problems
Some white smoke coming from the tail pipe. Smelled almost like it was running rich.

Cylinder misfiring as high RPMs (during hard acceleration), fine at lower acceleration

Oil on the front top side of water pump (none below) and on font right side under the alternator and across the front left side.

Oil looked like dark chocolate milk.

Current Work
I figured it was some issue with the head gasket and since I wanted to change the fuel filter anyway I took the cylinder head off. When I took it off number 4 had antifreeze in it. I'm not sure if I got some in there by accident when I disconnected the heater hose, after the head was partway off. But if you look at the attached picture you can see a small channel in the head from one of the antifreeze channels to cylinder 4. But it is pretty dang small. You can also see in one of the pics a piece of the metal around one of the exhaust head studs broke off. Not sure why. I was really careful when I removed the intake and headers.

So my conclusion is it looks like a problem with the head itself. I plan on getting it checked out to see if it is warped or cracked... Does it look like I'm on the right track? This is my first time dealing with cylinder heads. I don't want to overlook something.

I agree, though I am sure you are beyond the warranty period.
