Back window VERY low power, no power inside
Ok so I have a strange issue. My wife said her 95 runner will sometimes die on her. I tried asking when it would happen but couldn't find a pattern. She said it just happens sometimes, it will just die, tehn it will usually start back up, but sometimes it might take a minute to crank. I've checked all visible connections and fuses. Nothing looks out of the ordinary. Just a minute ago, I go to roll the back window down, and it wouldn't go down, I could see it shift a little and could hear the relay. But it wouldn't move up or down. So I went in the car to use the switch. I turned the ignition on and went to use the switch adn nothing. I also noticed that the radio didn't come on, and none of the dash lights stuff came on like the fan and clock. Then a couple seconds later everything kicked on and the badck window works. I was suspecting the ignintion swithc but this kind of rules out the ignition switch. But I don't know what this sounds like. Some kind of loose main ground perhaps? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

The back window motor circuit has some kind of breaker in it- that's to say, if you keep trying to raise or lower the window and its not moving, the breaker will heat up and flip and you'll have to wait a couple seconds before you get any power to the back window. The breaker might affect other circuits as well. You probably need a new back window motor, but that can be had for cheap from other Toyotas if you cross reference part numbers. I did a write up a couple weeks ago.
