Clutch Fork not returning

First things first, I know how to use the search function, and I have searched to figure out my clutch problem. I am having high pedal engagement. After much searching and reviewing the FSM I was determined I needed to adjust my pedal height which was roughly 5 inches off the floor and not the 6.2 the FSM calls for. I thought for sure I would be able to adjust the pedal height and the free play and be good to go. I haven't had any issues with my clutch slipping, but the engage point is RIGHT at the top of the pedal.

After adjusting my free play and pedal height, it still wasn't much better, it would engage as soon as I hit the end of the added free play.

So I climbed under to check out the slave cylinder, and I found that the clutch fork didn't appear to be returning all the way to the end of its range of motion. Is this due to a worn out clutch disk, pressure plate issue, or hydraulic/slave cylinder issue? I am guessing worn clutch, but a slave is cheap and easy to change if that's the culprit.

Check out the video and let me know what you think.

Cheers!

I think tomorrow I will pull off the slave cylinder real quick and see how far the fork returns, rule out the slave or point it as the culprit.
