Air in take hose hitting coolant hose after body lift

Well my truck was over heating after a front end collision in the snow. I assumed the worst and thought it was fubar. The collision shifted the passenger side of the body in enough and smashed the rad to the fan and cracked my rad. I replace the rad and winched the body out enough to mount it back onto the frame. But putting the radiator in I realized it is tilted now enough to make the fan hit the bottom hose. So the fan was never working.

Now I replaced the fan clutch, it works, but was still hitting the hose. So I lowered the radiator about three inches and it clears. Now I am dealing with the air intake hose being directly in the way up the upper hose from the thermo housing and am dealing with this:

Believe me, I have tried twisting and turning both hoses trying to get something better going on, but it just isnt happening. I had them clearing each other just fine before I dropped the radiator. I'm assuming just drilling new mounting holes is the same as roger brown's radiator drop brackets. Has any one else ran into this problem? Are there any good write up threads on where you can swap the battery and air intake?
