add hub swap
 

hey i got a 1992 4runner with ADD hubs on it. I know someone with a i think 1986 runner with aisin manual locking hubs.... anyone know if i can swap them out? i have heard of it being done, and seen articles on it before, but I can't seem to find anything on it.. anyone know of a site that has how to do that swap? thanks

im fairly sure all 86-95 manual hubs are the same so yes they should swap right over

yes '86-'95 are the same.

nice and easy swap. take them apart and clean them inside and regrease sparingly. Dont overdo it.

There are great threads here on "rebuilding" your hubs. the parts are supercheap.
