95 t-100 No Start - lots tried but no fix
I have a 95 T100 3.4L with 255k Miles on it that slowly died and quit running. It sat over the winter and I would start it weekly when home and every week it got worse, ran rich, misfired and eventually I had to hold the throttle down to keep it running until one day it finally stopped.
The timing was jumped and 45 degrees off on each cam pully so I did the timing belt and the following.
Coils
plugs
wires
fuel pump (Wired Directly to battery at 12v to rule out short in the wiring as it never seemed to have an audible prime and iut turned out I wasnt getting fuel to the rail)
Fuel Filter (Looks original and full of pitch black fuel)
Timing belt kit
Checked my cam/crank sensors and they meet spec.
What I am running into now is 2 problems
1. I still have yellow (I'm assuming to weak) spark after replacing those ignition components. The plugs constantly get soaked in fuel that almost has a white color to it like its full of air...
2. Even though the plugs get soaked while trying to crank the vehicle, if i squirt fuel down the throttle body with OR without the fuel pump running, it will instantly start and then die after the fuel is gone.
Im buying a compression tester in the next few days to check compression thinking maybe I washed the cylinders and possibly swapping out a fuel pressure regulator just to try it, but this fuel issue has me stumped.
I would REALLY appreciate any help because I have been fighting this thing for months with no luck.

Your battery is kept fully charged with a battery charger??
All the ground connections are clean and tight
A poor ECM ground will cause interesting problems with ignition and fuel systems
At any time did this have the Mil/Cel lite?? What codes were pulled?
Was all the old gas removed from the system??
If not it has so much water and other junk it does not ignite.
Might just be bad gas or now the injectors are clogged or not firing
Spray in Fresh gas it starts and runs
