94 toyota pickup 22re need help
A few weeks ago my truck started stalling out at idle, and when i let off the gas with it in gear, it has a sudden deceleration after a second, where it used to have a smooth deceleration. I ended up finding that the oil was getting in the radiator and radiator fluid was getting in the oil. After I filled the radiator back up it stopped stalling out, and the transmission acted fine. I got the cylinder head shaved down, it was warped, and i just got it put back together and it is stalling out and the transmission is slowing it down suddenly again. All the hoses are on, it is timed fine, i messed with the idle adjustment, and i cant get it to run like it was before the head problem. Any suggestions?

Still having problems
replaced plugs and air filter. It is still doing the same thing. Oh and it idles fine when its cold. After it warms up for a few minutes it starts to want to stall out.

it was just shaved. The engine starts reving up and then slowing down at idle too.it will jump up to 1500 rpm and then back down to 1000. Oh when it was doing it before my #1 plug was so loose it was shaking when the engine was running. I just tightened it down and it fixed the problem. This time i can't figure it out.

wow we got a lot to deal with here,
Compresion test it and let us know what the results are for starters.
Sounds like you blew the HG/warped head. That would explain the stalling at idle and I can see how it would decelerate roughly.
Now when you fixed it, and suddenly its doing the same thing again, somethings not right.

I narrowed the problem down. I found a loose vacuum hose, and plugged it in, tightened the EGR valve nut, and added some fuel injector cleaner. Now the idle is only fluctuating after the engine is warm AND while the brakes are pressed. When i press the brakes in the idle RPM drops, and the black round piece circled in green either sucks air in or spits it out (p.s. it's ontop of the valve cover about halfway in between). Still can't completely figure it out though. HELP ME!
