93 toyota 4x4 pickup 3.0 l v6 NO Spark

HELP PLEASE

A Little back ground first
My Son got a 93 toyota 4x4 pickup 3.0 l v6 on a bad trade!
no i was not home to stop it now i have to suffer so that is why i am here!
the engine leaked engine oil worse the the Valdies!
so i had hime clean the oil off the engine and i got the new parts to seal the motor back up also a new timing belt and tensioner, intake, valve cover gaskets ect.
since my job takes me away all week i told him to read up and dig in even got him a hayes manual!
well 3 months later and yes i do not know how many wirerd cigs he smoked i got to try to make this thing run now
i have been all over this forum!!! i have done all the test!!!!
distrib. , coil, jump test yes i got spark at that point at the ground of the coil wire!! got new spark plugs new wires and cap and rotor! got a new coil and 3 igniters to work with
i have gone through and redone the timing belt and double checked all my test!
when you crank the motor to start no spark from the coil!!
there is power to all points on the coil and igniter
i can not figure out what else to do except TNT the dam thing!!

also on the pass side rear part of the head?? there is a ring? with 2 bolts one bolt is broke off the other is very lose also to what i can see in the rear same area looking down at the head at the rear there is two bolts missing??bad???
do not not if this is due to a joint break or not you know smoke break
can ya tell im not happy??

also i do not see no grounding strap from the engine to the fire wall does this truck need one or is it done through the frame??

my problem is i have very little time when i got home and am sorry to say my boys get board very fast so what would take you and me 1,2,3 hours take them in months

i hope there is some one in this forum that knows these v6's enough to point me were to look to fix this hell i have eved done the voltage test on the ecm it all checks out
and the dam truck ran before he took it apart

thanks for all and any help

some more notes

i forgot to say when you turn the key on ignition on the check engine light does not even come on! i would think that would be one of the first dash lights to come on

i done the jumper to pull the codes but even the the check engine light wont come on!!

Thank You Bill

Mine has a earth strap from the rear cam bearing cap to the firewall with a single white plug in the middle if that helps, as far as spark goes its seems that you've checked everything, so just keep looking for unplugged wiring that could be hidden anywhere in these engines

Is the fusible link from the battery to the fusebank intact?

well at this point it looks like the top end has to come off to get to that rear cam seal plate to fix it i did a probe and it has a bolt that is broken off and the other is loose!
as for the fusible link it seems OK i got power to all ecm, coil, etc. i will get a new grounding strap when it all goes back together!
it is just funny that the dam thing ran before! then i was thinking a pinched wire? then i read some were about the tach shorting out the system but i do not know what wire the is from the igniter to cut and see if that is the case

when in the drivers seat and trying to start the engine like i said the check engine light does not come on and the RPM tach does not move (does it not move like all tachs when cranking a engine over?? ) should get a pulse even when cranking!!??
