The second gen runners range from 90-95..

Plenty of members on here have that body style truck.

PLEASE SEARCH !!!

You can find all the info you want if you just look around at member profiles and other threads...

Welcome

Mechanically, there were very few changes 90-95. The grille got an update in '92 from square sealed beam headlights to trapezoidal.

There is a stickied thread outlining all the 2nd gen 4Runner lift options.

You can fit 33x10.50 with no lift on the stock rims.

There is also a stickied thread on the steering relay rod recall that you should read.

iif i do the 33 x 10.50 will it raise the truck a little i was gonna do a body lift so it was high, more for looks once and a while off road. the steering relay rod i did it under warrenty but for some reason its laeking so the truck never touches high way

It will raise it 1/2 the diameter difference of the tires ... so if you have 31's now, it will be 1" higher with 33's ... body lift is not a bad idea on these rigs.

alright ill be getting a 3 inch body lift this summer. i was also wondering do they sell front spacers for 94 4runner. i have fj wheels and cant put the center caps on for the front.

you should be able to go doen to your local tire shop and get spacers depending on what size you need...

a couple millimeters are usually sold, but upwards of an inch they usually balk or make you sign a release of liability...

a4runnerfreak 01-09-2009 05:44 PM

2" rear coil spring spacers, http:///sdori.com/SDORI_Products

For wheel spacers, Spidertrax is the place to go. Beware cheap wheel spacers - they won't stay tight or will make the wheel wobble.

looks like most of my questions are answered ill probaly be getting every mod done in the begining of summer. wats the cheapest thing to do to get a better hp for the 4runner. idk if u notice but on my 94 when u step on the acceleration pedal its alittle tight, but on my 96 its nice and smooth. wat can i do.

scuba 01-11-2009 12:58 PM
