93 4Runner won't start
I have a v6 4x4 and I replaced the alternator and battery. now when I got to fire the truck up it wont. it sounds like it wants to backfire and I am running out of ideas. I replaced the pigtail and im pretty sure that all the right colors are hooked up in the right order. the wiring came untangled while I was installing the wires into the pigtail. if anyone has a picture of the wiring going into the distributor housing that would be cool if you have any ideas of what else could be wrong that would be awesome. if i can't figure it our ill have to sell the truck

Are all of your terminals connected correctly and are not corroded? That happened to me and I realized it was the terminal that connected to the solenoid. After I replaced it my truck ran fine again. Beats me though sorry. Everything grounded?

coming from a 22re owner this may be bogus but i do have a ground wire near the alternator that seems to go invisible whenever i put that area of my truck back together just saying you oughta double make sure as the guy stated above
