93 4runner Annoying squeal

Hey guys, I'm having a problem with my rear left wheel squealing LIKE HELL between 0 and 20mph, I don't even need to be braking for it to squeal. I took the drum off and the pads look almost new and I didn't see anything wrong so I just adjusted the screw to bring the shoes in and the problem was gone until I pressed the brake pedal again so I don't know what's going on. Its a 1993 toyota 4runner 3.0 auto.

^As stated above.

Also shoes my look good but might be glazed.

Start with the basic's sand shoes, check for hard spots ( burn spots) on drum surface.

Have you driven with e-brake on lately?

Pull the shoes off and re-grease backing plates.

I haven't driven with the ebrake on, I was g going to clean and lube everything and see if that helps, the right shoe was rough at the bottom and it felt like sand paper.

Did you bleed the brake system after doing the work?

Does brake fluid come out of that cylinder when the valve is opened?
Did you properly adjust the shoes before putting the brake drum on?

You'll need to determine if fluid is getting to the cylinder. Remove the brake line from the cylinder and see if fluid is at that point.
