93 2wd 5spd 22re ran out of gas and now it doesn't start

Need help! I ran out of gas in my 22re.....now it won't start. I added a couple gallons of gas. I put a jumper wire in b+ to fp on the diagnostic panel. Fp comes on....? Also, when I release the key from the start position I hear a double click sound on the passenger side of the truck? ECM? Relay? Please help! Thanks, Jeremy!

Since you should have enough gas

It is quite possible if there was lots of rust in the bottom of the tank it coated the sock on the fuel pump not allowing fuel to be pumped.

If the pump was real old it might have died .

Your most likely hearing the Circuit Opening Relay dropping out

to avoid confusion, stick to a single thread, rather than making multiple threads.

I forgot to mention that after I put gas in it and attempted to start it, it started pouring antifreeze out of the overflow.

i can see how running out of gas and having coolant overflow are not related.

Maybe he did not run out of gas but ran the engine hot enough it quit!!!

Might explain the coolant pouring out

To some it might seem like running out of gas because the engine just quit
