91 4runner water pump pulley misalignment

I bought this 4runner about a month ago, belts started squealing. When I got to looking at it I realized that the outside cog on the water pump pulley is about a 1/2" farther to the front of truck. The ps pulley and crank pulleys are in line. It looks like it's a 2 piece cog on the water pump. Are there different lengths of these? I've done some searching and come up with nothing. You will also notice the alt and compressor are power bands, only the ps is a vbelt

.. was this standard? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Not sure if you can see the misalignment, but this is looking from the ps pump(passenger side) towards the ds.

Picture of the powerband cogs wouldn't load

From your pic it looks like the pulley was installed backwards. Just needs to be flipped. Those are 2 seperate pullies.
That is actually not the water pump but the fan clutch bearing bracket the water pump is behind the timing belt cover.

cheers

You talking about the outside pulley closest to the clutch?

Correct

I agree with Andy A. It was put on backwards.

You guys are amazing, less than an hour and I've got it fixed! The ps pump is hitting the timing cover, but it's tight enough with a new belt. I appreciate your help!
