'91 4runner died & won't start
My 91 4runner started having starting issues in the morning about 2 weeks ago awhere it would crank for a long time before firing up also 2 weeks ago it simultaneously would begin losing power intermitantly around 3k rpm. Before i could get it to mechanic i was crusing about 60pmh down highway when i started losing power. I was feathering the gas to get power back and it backfire and died. it had to be towed home where I can now not get it to start. It just cranks forever.
I get fuel out of the rail,
I replaced coil. Still no start.
The closest i've come to gettting it to fire was when I sprayed started fluid in the intake and it chugged 3 times before cranking as usual.
It is also throwing NO codes.
Any ideas for what I should look at or try next?
Thanks
