Has anyone added power steering to their pickup? If yes any suggestions on aftermarket set-up or otherwise? Thanks

 

I added it to my 2wd. Might be a little different if yours is 4x4 but it wasnt hard to do and I had it done in a few hours. I needed a new PS box, the lines, fluid reservoir, pump and engine bracket, belt, and a shorter steering shaft.
The only thing that I used that wasn't OEM parts from the junkyard were the pump, hoses, and belt.
