90 4Runner 3.0 v6 no rev limiter
I had a rev limiter and now I don't it just revs all the way. Is there a way I can set it?

If you had one it was after market nothing like that on a stock engine

It's stock, there is no aftermarket parts on my motor.

Well then maybe you need to figure out what was causing your reduced rpm problem
